Dietitian Meet & Greet

Need an RD to come to talk nutrition with your group? If a one-time event is desired, call Morgan to discuss complimentary options available.

Kitchen Makeover

Morgan will come to your home to take on the inventory of your refrigerator, freezer, and pantry. Then, you will be provided with tips and a plan on how to makeover your pantry to provide optimal nutrition to yourself and your family. $95 per kitchen, approximately one hour.

Grocery Store Tours

A 90-minute tour of a preferred grocery store with smart shopping tips and strategies. Includes shopping guide and recipes. $135 (cost can be split by up to 5 people).

Restaurant Outings

Bring Morgan along to your favorite restaurant on your next group outing, learn to navigate the menu, and select healthier restaurant options. Includes resources for eating well when dining out. No participant limit. Group rates are $100 for lunch outings; $125 for dinner outings (does not include the cost of food).

Group Presentations & Cooking Demonstrations

Have our dietitian come speak with your team, group, or workplace in a lunch & learn style format. The seminar may include handouts and a visual presentation if desired (must provide any electronic equipment needed). 60-minute cooking demonstrations, including tastings and copies of recipes also available.
